UK SHIPPING ONLY
We currently ship within the UK only.
We hope to offer international shipping in the future - check back soon.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
Delivery options, costs and estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and the items ordered.
DISPATCH TIMES
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within the timeframe shown at checkout or in your order confirmation. As some items may be fulfilled from different locations, dispatch and delivery times can occasionally vary.
TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 days, please get in touch and we'll look into it.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges applied by the destination country.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, peak periods, weather conditions or other events outside our control.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
