UK SHIPPING ONLY

We currently ship within the UK only.

We hope to offer international shipping in the future - check back soon.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Estimated UK Delivery Window:

Standard Tracked Delivery takes 7-13 business days total (including 1-3 business days for custom made-to-order production and 6-10 business days for transit).

DISPATCH TIMES

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within the timeframe shown at checkout or in your order confirmation. As some items may be fulfilled from different locations, dispatch and delivery times can occasionally vary.

TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 days, please get in touch, and we'll look into it.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, peak periods, weather conditions or other events outside our control.

INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS

Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries where incorrect or incomplete information has been provided.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your parcel hasn't moved in 5 days or appears to be lost, please get in touch with us, and we will do our best to help.
