Your order is only accepted once we send you an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including if:

- delivery restrictions apply

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full.

All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
You must provide current, complete and accurate billing, payment and delivery information.
Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.
5. DELIVERY
Delivery options, costs and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout based on the product selected and the delivery address.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, peak periods or events outside our control.

6. CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you buy from us online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
